Build Wealth. Lead with Confidence. Leave a Legacy.
Kim Webster, MBA is an executive strategist, financial leadership advisor, and founder of Kim Webster MBA LLC, where she helps high-net-worth C-suite women, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven leaders make confident decisions at the intersection of wealth, leadership, business, and legacy.
With more than 25 years of experience in finance, operations, governance, nonprofit leadership, business strategy, and executive advisory, Kim brings a practical, strategic lens to helping women organize the business side of their financial lives. Her work supports leaders who are navigating executive compensation, board income, consulting opportunities, business ownership, charitable giving, estate-readiness conversations, and long-term wealth preservation.
Through her Executive Wealth & Legacy Readiness services, Kim helps accomplished women prepare for smarter conversations with their CPAs, estate attorneys, financial advisors, and family members. Her approach is not tax preparation or legal advice; it is strategic readiness designed to help women clarify priorities, identify planning questions, organize key documents, and align their income, impact, philanthropy, and legacy goals.
Kim is also the founder of Webster’s Wealth Management Solutions and the executive producer of TEDxUStreetWomen, where she has built platforms centered on visibility, leadership, storytelling, and women’s economic power. Her signature approach blends financial discipline, executive coaching, operational strategy, and legacy planning to help women protect what they have built and intentionally design what comes next.
She holds an MBA in Finance from Trinity Washington University, a BS in Organizational Management from Columbia Union College, and multiple certifications in finance, community building, and hate and bias crime prevention. My mission is simple: to use my business/finance skills, compassion, and drive to make a lasting impact on people and communities worldwide.
